"One of our most successful marketing campaigns of the year...!"
"As a member of the HeatSmart team, we attended regular marketing events coordinated by the program managers and shared our expertise on Heat Pumps, their benefits, and savings. From there, we followed our standard process for estimating and installing jobs. We were able to be as involved as we wanted in the planning and brainstorming about the events and funding allocation. This campaign turned out to be one of our most successful marketing campaigns of the year because it directly targeted people who had real interest in these types of technologies. We received a good amount of exposure in the local press and made many new contacts. Overall, it was a positive experience for our company."
We'll be generating leads and opportunities for you!
We're seeking qualified installers to partner with us. In return, we will be generating leads and opportunities for you to gain new customers who are in need of new or replacement HVAC systems in their homes, businesses, or other types of buildings located in Putnam County. As we promote this program through events and seminars with our partners throughout Putnam County, your firm will benefit from the exposure and publicity. Our plan is to host a kickoff event for the western side of Putnam County in late Winter / early Spring 2020, and we hope you will consider joining us.
Download the RFP and send it in!
You are invited to submit a request for proposal (RFP) for the Putnam County Clean Heating & Cooling Campaign. The NY State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has authorized our team of professionals and volunteers to solicit installation contractors to participate in our two (2) year campaign to raise awareness of heat pump technology as an alternative to fossil fuel based HVAC systems. Air source and ground source heat pumps are the focus of this campaign and NYSERDA has incentive funding available to help clients subsidize the cost of replacement or new installation with equipment that meets efficiency standards as outlined in their program. Send in the RFP today -- it's a win-win for you!
